Hairball will take the stage at the U.P. State Fair on Wednesday, Aug. 18.
The electrifying tribute rock band pays homage to some of the best arena acts in the world, including Van Halen, KISS, Motley Crue, Queen, and Aerosmith. The Minnesota-based act once began as a comedy but evolved into a serious effort to keep the music of classic arena bands alive.
For over 21 years Hairball has rocked a multitude of stages across the country performing in front of thousands of people providing an unforgettable rock music experience. The energetic shows provide fans with the excitement of lights, pyrotechnics, and other surprises as they bring legendary acts to life on stage.
Vocalists Bobby, Kris Vox, and Joe Dandy lead the band through a 2 hour, mind-blowing, and drop-dead accurate performance. The band also includes HBK on the electric bass, Billy on the drums, and Happy on the lead guitar. Together, they pride themselves on nailing some of the most memorable rock acts in history while adding their own style and flair that they’ve cultivated over decades of tireless performing.
While Happy often tells the audience, “Today is the first day of the rest of your life!” Hairball performs every show as though it could be it’s last. Every night is a 100% full-on, no-holds-barred, exciting, chaotic, fiery party that has to be experienced to be believed!
